My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2019

Today I recorded my daily activity with Actifit, which contain my daily activity at home and at workplace. it is just the beginning, I will try to avoid public transport as much as i can for short distance so that i can increase my activity count on Actifit.

I am finding out area in my daily routine so that i can i can increase my activity count, like 10 min walk after lunch, Do not use life at workplace, Do walking for short distance if i am not in hurry. For me Actifit is Like आम के आम गुठलियों के दाम ( To Kill Two Birds with Single Stone)
