Debt is most dangerous thing in this world, we must avoid taking loan, If you want to take loan take it against mortgage because in the case you got bankrupt , you will have option to pay your loan.

Now come to point, It is not about debt that make person more kinder or more productive it is all about Bad time. when bad time comes people become humble and to change their bad time they become more productive and down to earth.

Never take a debt until and unless you have urgent requirement of it. the best thing i learned my life is to create an emergency fund, you have to kept a side certain amount of money from your salary every month, best option is recurring deposit account in your bank.

Always remember Credit card is a trap never fall into it, if you take a credit card utilize it in case of emergency, never buy a thing from credit card that is not your urgent requirement. make saving a habit, increase your asset and decrease your liability.
