This is an interesting topic and I share my opinion about it.

Social media is neither Good nor bad it depends upon you how you use social media, it is individual responsibility to limit the uses of social media and increase physical social engagement with our friend family and relative. we have seen in past temporary shutdown of social media services like Instagram, people went crazy this shows that we are so much depends on social media for attention than real attention from people around us. i think we should not depend so much on social media for happiness, never consider it as symbol of status with number of followers.

Parents must observe the their children activity over social media, because children can not differentiate between good and bad, they just flow with the information either good or bad. there is no doubt that social media provided power to people to raise their voice. in countries like US and India where social media plays very important role to build good and healthy democracy. As per my point of view anything beyond the limit is always harmful so use social media wisely.
