Google illustration have so many option to choose. If a person is a pet lover he can choose illustration of animal and same way a foodie or traveler lover can do the same. when you use Google illustration as your profile picture it will seamlessly visible to all your Google Workspace and your contact on android. Currently Google illustration only available for mobile user, for iOS and web it is yet to come.
